6.0 Swap into 98 Sierra *** HELP***

I recently blew the head gasket in my factory 5.7. shes done me proud held on solid for 373000 km's. The truck is still mint and I refuse to get rid of it. I want to drop a 6.0L into it, mostly cause its a bad ass motor but i do pull a boat now and then. Now any help would be appreciated. Here some of the questions I have.

1. Can i keep my 4L60E trans in the swap or should i get the trans thats on the 6.0 originally.
2. How can I make the wiring fit. Ive seen some posts in which guys are sending the PCM and getting them tuned and then buying harness' from nelsons. If thats done is it a plug and play?
3. Will I have to change the mounts and fuel pump?
