Herculiner Roll-On Bedliner
I thought this was going to be a big pain to do, but it really wasn't bad. Granted, scuffing every nook and cranny of the bed and tailgate sucked, but the actual application of the liner goes pretty smooth.

After scuffing, masking, and wiping down with MEK:
After one coat on the bed and two on the rails:

great looking truck, awesome platform to start with. but darn you sure do go through vehicles like crazy!
