You guys are a crackup. Glad to be a part of the community. I have lots to contribute. Have been working on a solution for the taillight circuit board failures that, those of us with OBS trucks, are cursed with. I've been daydreaming about this for months and I think that I have a plan. How many people do you think would buy billet?
Anyway, Dorman makes replacements for these but they are basically worthless. After nursing my last set for about two years I bailed on em' and bought new ones. They lasted all of ten minutes. No seriously, ten minutes. What's worse is that they don't seal up around the lens assembly. I don't know why they would let a product like this leave their factory. Anyway, after I start to gain a little capital again I'd like to put together a better assembly. I know that there are millions of these trucks on the road and all of them need replacing at some point.
