Picked up a map sensor from an 00 GTP supercharged car.
How would I tell what bar this sensor is?

cobalt with supercharger..... like 04-05? But try this Rick. http://www.robietherobot.com/storm/mapsensor.htm My TA is on 2bar and makes 20psi... Not for everyone but he has a huge fuel system and its his race car ... and he wants more.. not really a big deal but if you plan to "drive it" get something close... and its not just a swap out. going from 2 to 3 bar the tables change a bit and needs a retune its not just a swap sensor and add fuel in top tables everything changes .... Messing with your setup 14psi will make you and work on Keeping the Air temps down.. One of your AC watercooler kits to the intercooler is what it will take to get IAT where i like to see them.... Its 105+ outside at any time.. Add direct sun on the hood and under hood engine Heat and most Maggie guys cruise in the 160-180 IAT range... My procharger guys are still doing pretty decent !!! keeping them 5 over outside temp at idle... and Up from there busy most are D/D and 8-9psi I am sure you know its 7.5 degrees for every 1lb boost so you need to think about to how to get rid of about 100.... Alky control kit is best i have used and most times i only see 50-60 drop and thats throwing ALOT with a single nozzle......... O yeah that map sensor....
