    at 4000lbs its a chunk lighter than my truck. I found this review http://news.pickuptrucks.com/2008/12...est-revie.html. And several others but this is the only one i found that talked about actual dyno numbers. Some longtubes, cam, spray, and a tune it should be pretty quick

    The more i read about them im considering it. Ill be trading the truck in my sig if i decide to do it. Since it inly comes with a 4l60e i wonder how hard a 6l80e swap would be. What does a stock 5.3 with the mods mentioned above make(we'll say 100 shot to be safe)

    take the vortech blower off and put it on the Colorado lol thing would fly.....Nelson did my 6l90 swap......well over 400+

    Holy hell yeah, if you do a 6L90 or 6L80 into that thing it would be crazy nice.

    Man I like your truck, but it weighs like 6000 lbs the way its rigged out.

    I would consider it as well.

    whats the diff in the 6l80 and 6l90. I didnt think the SC would work on it since its a newer 5.3 thought the ports on the heads were diff

    6l80e is in the new 1/2 tons....6l90 is out of the 2500hds 3/4 tons a little beefier....and yes your blower will work on it.....same cathedral ports

    Nice to know but i dont know if he would still wanna do the deal without the SC. I can always pick up a used unit from one of the forums. Got the wheels burnin now
