    My 2006 Gmc 2500hd 6.0 was a true duel setup into the muffler and single out.

    Unless the 07 is a NNBS style those headers should fit.

    it is a NNBS, wasnt sure since I had heard the blocks were the same, just didnt know if there was other interferences in the engine bay that wouldnt let them slide in

    Nope headers wont fit. Justin tried to put some headers on his 08 with 4wd and the collectors exit in completely different places than for the NBS.
