ERL has been resleeving all gen 4 blocks for years now. which can be a variety of cube sizes

Plus they aren't having the same old problems with dropped sleeves like the used to have. Seems to be a legit alternative for more cubes than going with an iron block these days
weight is the main reason why i got this block but as far as big cubes its cheaper to make an ironblock big cubes. i can get 6.0 cores for 3-500 bucks.Originally Posted by Mang213

actually there are a good bit differences in weight. alum 6.0 to iron 6.0 is around 90lbs, other blocks like the iron 4.8.5.3 have slightly more weight then the 6 litre blocks, of course the lsx is another 35lbs heavier then the standard production blocks

youre right quik the iron 4.8/5.3 blocks weigh in 110 lbs heavier than aluminum 5.3 blocks
