obs to 6.0 shorty header ??

i tried searching but only came up with long tube ones. i live in california so i cant use long tubes. i just need to know if shortys from a nbs 1500 or 2500 will work in an obs or will i have clearance issues with the steering shaft or anything else?

little gains is to be had by shorty headers over stock manifolds. Can you do mid length tube? Try getting in contact with some of the sponsors here and see if they make a california custom header.

Side note, california sucks. I'll never live there again.

its not just power gains i need. i dont even have a set of stock manifolds. and they seem to be priced about the same or more as shorty headers.

If the stock manifolds fit then shorties take about the same space.

Where are you finding stock manifolds priced the same as shorties? Are they used? Duct_Tape is selling a set of stock mani's, send him a PM.

Some shorties extend a bit further out. Make sure they clear the steering column on the drivers side and the firewall on the pass side.

I was looking at them new. I haven't looked for used ones. I'll try to get ahold of him.
