5.3 swap wiring question

I'm swapping in a 5.3 in place of 4.3 and I'm a little concerned about the wiring part, do I just throw out the old pcm and wiring harness and put in the tuned 5.3 pcm and wiring harness and once I do that what else wiring is there left to do?

From what I understand, that's all ya gotta do... When you have the 5.3 harness out, might as well delete all that you don't want... Like the rear o2 hookups.

Theres more to it then just taking the old out and throwing in the new you have to graft the two together or get a custom one made.
