    Just making sure I have all parts for my swap!

    Hey guy's I'm new but been browsing for a while I'm currently deployed and trying to make sure that while I'm on leave I can have all the stuff I need for my swap let me know If you can think of anything I'm missing! I have a 1978 chevy k10 scsb 44 I am doing a ls1 swap!
    5.3 complete engine intake to oil pan DBW
    4l80e complete
    engine mount's
    inline fuel pump
    wiring harness
    ecm
    brake pedal
    I believe I have it all am I missing anything?

    You said brake pedal, but I hope you meant accelerator pedal.

    Do you have the TAC module?

    You are gonna need the harness modded for the 4L80e and the PCM tuned for it and to eliminate VATS.

    What year is your engine?

    It's an 01 tahoe 5.3 l with a 4l60E drive by cable

    Yeah, you don't need the one in the link you put up. That is for the newer GENIV engines.
    You need one for a 0411 PCM.

    Make sure the one you buy is for 00-02 DBW, not 03-07 DBW.
    To use the 01 DBW TB, you have to have the TAC from a 00-02 as well, which can be kind of hard to find.

    Well when the engine was pulled from the doner vehicle it had a crack in it so I had a chance to snag a 07 but with cable instead of drive by wire!
