What is a fair price to pay..........

Vehicle: 2003 2x4 chevy suburban 5.3 non flex
engine swap to a used newer engine
replacing all seals, fluids, gaskets, etc........
    im buying all items

My cousin is "helping" me do it, if you know what i mean. I will be right along side of him; but it will be his tools, lift, garage, etc....

What is a fair price, he has been very candid because he is family; but it is only right to pay him. I was gonna pay someone. I tried a couple dealers and they didnt want me to give me price until i went through there diagnostic service.

    thanks
