Questions on rear end.

Im looking into gears, trutrac and rebuild/installation kit and i need to know how big my rear end is, etc? i know its a 10 bolt but im not sure which spline (28 or 30) or size (8.5 or 8.6)?

Truck is a 99 RCSB, originally came with a 4.3. The truck's not at my house right now so I can't pull the axles to count the splines.

I'm a total dumbass when it comes to rear ends (except for the ladies, lol). Hopefully, the experts can assist me here. Thanks in advance.
