front suspension / tire wear

Hey everyone,
my fathers 2003 yukon has 125000 miles on it, i just replaced the tires about 10,000 miles ago and the inside on the front tires is worn really bad, the outsides and back still look new but the insides on both passenger and driver side look like the alignment is off, but i had the truck aligned when i had new tires put on. any opinions about what might be causing the tires to wear like that? thanks for the help.

Ball joints worn is my biggest suspect

i had a feeling that might be it, is there a way to check and how much to replace them.

The place that did the front end should have been able to tell that the ball joints were bad.. The camber is def out, to cause that( known as cup wear).. Now that they are wearing, even if you get them replaced, realigned the tires will continue to wear like that.. I would be ?? the shop as to why they didn't pick up on it..

could be Ball jts, tie rods, and or wheel bearing being loose

To check the ball joints put a jack under the lower control arm and jack it up just so the tires off the ground. Have someone get a bar under the tire and pry up while you watch the ball joints. If you see any play they're toast.
