Ive heard mixed reviews on whether or not my single 255lph will support the power I am gonna be making. You guys think I may need a dual walbro 255 set-up?

    Plan is...

    383ci 9.0-9.5:1 CR
Flat top Pistons (not going to tear into the bottom end)
    317 Heads (maybe Patriot CNC)
Pat G spec cam (for turbo)
90mm intake w/ stock returnless style fuel rails
Trick Turbos Stage 4 kit (76mm Turbo) (not sure on PSI yet)

    Thoughts???

    Thanks,
    Ty
It would probably be smart to go ahead and do it. For as little time and effort it takes, it would be worth it.

Ok. Dual walbros it is. Anyone have experience with the Lonnies Perf unit? Home-made units? just looking for the best route to do it.

Also compiled a list of parts for my Pre-turbo build:

    Patriot CNC 6.0 Heads
    or
    Basic 317 heads
    ARP Head Bolts
    Pat G Spec Cam
    Yella Terra 1.7 Rockers
Hardened Pushrods (not sure what length to use with the yella terras?)
    Gaskets
    60# Injectors
    Dual Walbro Set-up

    Anything I am missing?

    Thanks Again!

How much PSI can I push on my motor if I had a 9.5:1 CR?

Well its been a tough couple months money wise. Had to sell off all my turbo stuff. Blew the sunshell out of my tranny. But things are looking up, I decided to keep the truck N/A for a while before diving into FI just yet. Just ordered an FLT level 5 4L65E & Yank 3000 stall verter and some ARH 1 7/8" LTs. Going to order a Pat G spec cam for it later this month (226/230 ish). Trying to hit 400ish whp/wtq. Think its possible?

I'm hoping 360ish is obtainable with my setup so you should be able to hit 400 with that no problemmo.

man, your numbers are way low for a 383. pat g spec'd me a 226/230 on a 111 lsa for my 5.3, but ill prolly go a little bigger. Im trying for close to 400rwhp with h/c/i. If it was me, I would go with a bigger cam but my truck is lighter i guess. I dont see why you should have any problem what so ever making 400 rwhp with a 383. Just make sure you get it right, and Im sure you will be satisfied. If you make 400 after the build and its still not enough, spray that bad boy, Iron block, forged pistons and high compression sounds perfect for a 200 shot!!
