i eat 4500 cals a day, around 200-230g protein, high fat. I weigh 154-156 at 5'8" and have to drop to 145.9 every so often. At a gym for 3 hours a day 6x a week.
Dont try dropping the weight too fast and do it every year or youll end up skinnyfat. Stay high protein and good fats even when cutting. Pushups, pullups and situps are all you need.
I don't work out. My job requires enough physical work to take care of that.
