for a 4.8L, 308 gears in a truck is a long time to wait, plus this truck shifts out at 5700rpms, no cam.

Yeah over 100mph at 5700rpm is a little excessive I think.

The truck in my avatar had 37" tires with 3.73 for a while. What a turd, but I could also haul on the freeway in 2nd. Overdrive was useless unless going down hill.

I have no idea what gear is in it. I know its low as in a 3.08 or so. The n20 tune i have in it is a 52 n20 and 22 fuel. bottle pressure was around 850. Is this thing that slow for being stock and 300k miles?

Get your bottle pressure north of 950, that will help. Look in the glove box and get the RPO codes for the rear end. There is a list on here that will tell you what ratio is in it. I'm guessing 3.23's, if stock.

Im going with 4.10s. How was the cruise rpm affected with the 56's? I dont wanna kill my fuel mileage.

there was a truck in here the other day, had 4.56's, about a 30" tall tire, slammed, ran really nice on the highway. i'd say about 65mph around 2400rpms.
