Wow! Never would've thought they were that heavy.

I also thought they were lighter but this SSR is the heavy super loaded automatic,staggered wheels, convertible hard top,and sound proof bed with top.The left door identification sticker says 6050lbs,havent really weighed it but its all stock.

Curb Weight is the actual weight of the truck without any passengers or cargo in it. It’s the base weight that is used in subtraction to calculate the total weight of the vehicle with passengers and cargo. (4700)

Gross Vehicle Weight is the total weight of the loaded vehicle. This includes the vehicle itself and the cargo that is loaded within that vehicle. (6050)

06 rc sb weight 4300 1/4 tank of gas no weight reduction at all me out of it.

My 2002 ecsb was 4090 lbs on a certified scale with fuel gauge on E and no one in it and no cargo of any kind.

Finally had my 05 2wd CC weighed. 5330lbs. with a full tank, a loaded truck box, a few bags of clothes for donation, my sons baseball equipment, two booster seats, and my four year old sitting in his. Unloaded should yeild a 5000lb. curb weight with a full tank, which would put it right back at 5300 with me in it. LOL

thanks for the info allen,we were thinking why mod the ssr if its 6050lbs lol.
