    4" is a restriction on a healthy 4xx motor. just cause the TB is one size doenst mean the air track to it is of equal flowing. Like anything else your breathing your a straw, the biggest it is the better its going to flow. bends and length effect flow seriously

    couple things...

    We're in IL, hot summer, cold winter...won't that prose a problem to a SD tune?

    And as far as intakes...without MAF...couldn't he just stick a vette style filter on the TB and call it a day? (ignoring underhood temps...don't think those will be an issue)
    blown transmissions are about as useful as 97% of the guys on this forum

    SD tune still references the IAT. Also the MAP sensor picks up the differences in temperature through the density of the air.

    The myth of sd having issues with weather gets old. If ppl didn't post so much bulls1t then others would understand more

    Filter off tb is hot air

    no wonder if i should get a SD tune?or 6.0 aint big enough?
