TPS causing transmission problems?
I've been having transmission problems recently. Shifts from 1-2 fine then shifts back to 1 and won't shift until 5k rpms. While cruising at 65 the converter will lock then unlock then when u gas it a little more it will lock back up then unlock and stay unlocked unless I come to a complete stop. I got to thinking and changes the TPS and now it works fine. Does this sound normal or should I be worried about the transmission taking a dump on me?
