    My dads a truck and figured the miles... anything under 875 he said was a good ass deal... 1066 miles divided by 5mpg (semis fuel mpg) equals 200 gallons give or take then times 4.18 or so for diesel... that's how a owner operator would figure it and then add his charge...

    But I would hope a semi would be hauling more than one vehicle and split the costs. . .

    They do def didn't say they don't... just Doin an avg estimate on way truck has to pay to deliver... that's is exactly why they haul more to cut somewhat dealers for multiple deliveries in same areas
