I really want to say that its because your running a dual boot setup from the OS X. It's like OS X is already using the port, or has it assigned somewhere else. Most people wont have issues when running it from a standalone 32 or 64 win7, but from a dual boot with OS X hosting win7 it could have the issues you are talking about.

^It's not. It's because he downloaded the files from the website. I had the same issues on 7 when going to the beta. Since I had to download instead of using the cd, the drivers never would install right. I had to do them one at a time.

First off, dont put that windows trash on your machine, not worth it. I am running a virtual machine (parallels) and can run many programs on win 7 with that. In fact, i was running MATLab while running a highly integrated circuit builder program on the virtual machine at the same time and it ran fine. If you want, you can use Linux via Ubuntu and their virtual machines are free. Everything on Linux is free! I dont have HPT otherwise i would let you know how it ran.
Since you already polluted your computer, do what skeet and playboy said if it worked for them. Although i cant help but think there is some truth to what Ducky mentioned.

Yea I went and downloaded some different driver software and tried loading it twice and worked the 2nd time
And I didn't want to buy parallels software.
So i've done tuned a few people... i was going to read a 08 NNBS and when it got to the TCM it asked for a code and HPTuners said validating and said access denied... What's up with that?
