The dash cover is the face that clips in, right?

OK, I'll try to get it out one day next week.
OK, I think I've narrowed it down to the steering shaft that's rattling. There's alot of play where the shaft connects with the steering column. Is this a common problem?
Yea the dealership usually fixes it for free.
