May I ask why the 75lb inj?

I know is better to be safe than sorry, but at 700-800HP 60lbs inj are still at 70% inj duty cycle @ 8 psi with bigger turbos.

Will you want to keep it at or under 50% IDC?

Most do 100m before and 10micron after.

If i'm doing a build that requires 60lb injectors, I skip them and go for the low imp 75lb'ers.
    Much better injector!!

Question regarding the MAF, should I use a stock MAF or upgrade to a larger one? Where does the MAF go? Between turbo and TB, before or after the BOV?

Maybe you should consult a tuner !

Speed density Tune is a better option for the 15 psi you wanna achieve.

Seen Truck cars on 6-9 psi on MAF.
