    You should call your insurance just to make sure. Don't say "Hey I know you won't cover this but" They will say "Yeah that's not covered...tee hee." Either way that sucks and is the reason I like to keep full coverage on any vehicle I have worth $5000 or more.

    Agreed with Greg, I only had liability on my OBS when I hit a moose living in Maine in high school, the insurance company covered it though because it was an "act of nature". Hope everything works out for you, that must have been a hard pill to swallow.
