I would love to get a turbo on it but there is a few other things that need to come first. I did this swap after watching your youtube vids and seeing what that 5.3 could do. I have to keep it stock for a while until i have the funds for a turbo but I did want to put some 4.10 gears in the truck while its N/A. I have a tune from a local race shop and was hoping with some 4.10's I could put down some respectable times I guess we'll see, I'm just shooting for 14's right now.

I took the truck to martin 131 dragway for a test and tune yesterday best time was a 14.61@96 mph I was pretty happy with that considering I have a 3.08 gear and no posi. Next i am going to buy gears (not sure what ratio yet, maybe some suggestions) get a detroit tru track, see about electric fans and advance the timing a hair and see what happens I might be able to get closer to 13's. This truck is a blast at the track however, never had more people ask about whats under the hood. nothing is funnier than killing a ricer with a old pickup heehee, I even beat my brother in laws srt 4 with a cai, 3" down pipe and a diablosport tune he got so nervous when i pulled him out of the hole he couldn't keep his thoughts together and get past me and I got him by 2 tenths :-P
