hey man doin a quick search I found this thread.

A few posts down this guy said that "Turned out to be the vent solenoid valve, 30 bucks at the dealer and i installed it in 10 minutes"

we see this code a lot on trucks, some guys have changed everything on the evap system, still no luck.

Same thing happened on my brothers truck. His was a 06 ccsb with the 4.8. It was the vent solenoid. He talked to a guy at the dealership and he said that over filling the gas tank will cause them to fail. He said once the gas pump stops don't try to get anymore fuel in the tank.
