I have a 38mm hooked to the left side bank ONLY then dumped into the dp...with no piping.. its directly bolted to flanges so that the wastegated exhaust takes an "L" shaped path about 4" and dumps into the DP. I don't have any problems controlling boost except when spraying a 100 shot... then it wants to creep a few pounds. Most likely because the right side bank has no WG bleed off... But you shouldn't have any problems controlling only 10 psi off of the crossover pipe.

Im gonna vent to atmoshere and see what happens. Another thing i forgot to mention is my boost line to the wastegate is mounted about 5 inches after the turbo, Its just a fitting tapped into the cold side piping. could this be a problem?

No, but I'd run it from the intake or as close as u can. Just gets a smoother boost reading w/o the surge. Like was said before. Downsize ur spring. 6.0 exhausts a lot more volume than a 5.3...

The best advice I have ever heard:... Only take B( . Y . )ST advice from someone that is CURRENTLY running a turbo setup close to, or bigger than what you want......
