staying ridiculously hydrated helps a lot, but its not a cure-all. you never truly realize what the human body is capable of doing until youre in afghan under fire and its like... do this or die.

Reading this from my VA appointment. Already at 30%, would be nice to get another 10 from todays appointment.
they got me at 80% service related, one of these days ill go back and try for a 100% prolly when im 45 or 50 and ready to retire. Go for 50% man then you can get the DAV license plate
