    Theres not really a "best mount", its up to opinion.

    A lot of people like the dirty dingo mounts.

    I used the dirty dingo adjustable mounts and could not be happier with the outcome.

    another Question is if i buy the cam first how would it drive without a stall?

    Would feel like it has a lack of low end, but would scream up top. You can drive it, but you wont like it.

    I have a set to use on mine. Im going to get the moroso solid frame pads too. Jegs has them for $31.

    I had a smaller cam than that in a 5.3 with stock converter in my 01 and it sucked down low. If I wanted it to be quick I had to hit it from 35. If I stood on it from a stop it felt like a stock truck until it got past about 3400rpm.
