2004 silverado HD Radio shuts off on its own

This is really driving me crazy. I can be driving or parked and my radio just shuts off, then turns on and loses presets and time. All the fuses are good and has a new battery, very low miles. I always come here for advice and you guys have never failed me.

Thanks. I hope someone does help. I have a new stereo in it and bought the connectors so I didn't have to cut wires, but still shuts down and doesn't keep the time. What is weird is sometimes when I put the truck in gear I will get the door open chime????? what the hell
