Hehe I did too couple weeks ago. A lady in a beamer zoomed by me goin well above the speed limit but pulled my truck over instead! Made me mad. But I've used Nightshades and it does seem purple. So I went with regular black paint.

If you have access to real paint, there are several ways to do it, and it will look WAY better and last longer. Some people mix base with DBC500(PPG brand). I personally over reduce the base coat, using regular black. Get it to desired darkness and 3-4 coats of clear.

Are you doing fewer because less customers or turning down some people?

The demand is there. Just turning people down, got off as a Vendor on all the Jeep sites. Just swamped with collision work here at the shop.
