What would it cost to have one built? Just picked up a wet nitrous setup looking to spray 100-150 and i like the idea of the fuel cell, just kinda clueless on how to build one.

Depends on the type of parts you would like to use. If setting this up for efi pressure, with areomotive regulator, you would be in the 500 range.
