    The knife thread.

I figured I'm not the only one who appreciates a good one, or collects so post up let's see 'em. Let's see your opinions on brands, styles whatever.

Me personally am a huge fan of Kershaw, especially with the speedsafe system. Here's my 2 everyday's, a Whirlwind and a Chive. I've had the Whirlwind for a little over 2 years and seen it's abuse in the shop and the farm. I've never even touched the blade and I could still shave with it. Bought the Chive more or less cuz I liked it, it is a damn razor and it opens rediculously quick.

Kershaw Blackout with the speed safe. Only thing I don't like about it is that it cannot be used like a screwdriver without breaking the tip. Will be buying another Kershaw when I have some money.

That site sells his knives when they can get them. Chris doesn't really have a website or store front. Even though he makes knives for a living and nothing else. He makes a real decent living to.

Yes that is an ivory handled Automatic. I would sell it for $400.00. If you want more pics or a video of the action I can make that happen. Just let me know. Also the ivory on this knife was in the States before the ban on Ivory importation. I had an old guy come in and ask if I knew anyone that wanted an Elephant tusk. I knew Chris would buy it in a heart beat. He did and carved the handles on this knife.
