Well I guess all you can do now is install you new push rods and hope for the best. If you hear any ticking again then you know its time to pull the heads and get some new lifters. Also make sure the roller on the lifter and the cam lobe doesnt look damaged. It doesnt happen as often with these roller cams but you could still be wiping a lobe.
