did you check the relay and fuse? also check if it has power going to the connector to the relay. a friend changed the fuel pump because it didnt have pressure, and still didnt have pressure after the new pump. turned out the pcm was bad , it didnt send power to the relay.

the fuse is good, and i can feel power getting to the relay and hear the relay.

Just for the sake of arguement, try it with the key on. Then try it again when the key has been off for 10 minutes. The rail could bleed off completely in the time frame you stated.

ok if you have any question whether it is the pump you can use a test light at the connector at the tank. And by the way the pcm actually grounds the relay, to energize the fuel pump. Most fuse blocks have a prime terminal right beside the fpump relay which can be used to test the fuel pump, all you need to do is connect a jumper between that terminal and 12 volts. But at the end of the day I am certain you are gonna have to replace that fuel pump so why waist any more time proving what you alread know?

So you can or can't hear the pump when you cycle the key? You can't just turn the key on after 24 hrs and expect fuel to squirt out. You gotta cycle it a couple times. Why do you have o2 codes? Btw sorry if I missed something
