If all else fails, I would call corporate office if they have one. I seen one place put a new engine in a car that just had the oil checked by one of the employees. Did not touch anything except the Dip stick. Checked oil, manager standing beside him verified and let the person know it was full. Well they went home drained the oil and said the lube joint did it. Bam new Engine. Corporate just asked the employees if the checked the oil. It was easier for them to just replace the motor then pay attorney etc etc.
Yea were I work we have a 1800giveitaway If you bitch you get your money back. Most of them are bullcrap. Most creative I seen was a drop off oil change pulled it in it was smoking and running like crap. I was decided to be nice and hooked my block tester up for free. It was posotive for exhaust in the coolant, I Inforemed the customer and gave him a price to fix it. He said no picked it up and it came back that night on a tow truck. The oil filter had a doubble gasket causeing the oil to leak out and he drove it untill it locked the engine. Funny thing we only had 10 vehicles that day and only a few were oil changes. It was a setup and he got a new engine. People like that are trash!

    UPDATE!!

I ended making the trip back down there to handle this. We drove took bolth trucks upto the mall and parked his out of site and pulled up in mine. I asked to speak with he manager about some tires for my truck. Once we had him outside I told him we have a problem and took him to my dads truck and showed him the Fan clutch, No shroud and loose wiring harness. He was a little weary of me I think after I showed him my fans in my truck. He wanted to invesigate this himself call the dealer etc. I gave him our number and we went to lunch. He called us back within the hour, He had called the dealer and had pulled the history of the truck and the date and time the truck was picked up. The person who worked on the my dads truck has a tricked out 02 silverado, So the manager claimed he was missing some batterys and made the crew open up all the hoods of there vehicles. Yup stupid fucker had the efans, But the manager said he talked to the employee and said he has every bolt on for the truck and it dont prove anything. I was freakin hot! I asked him if he was going to make it right he said NO! I told him I was calling his corprate office and you better hope the fucking cops get there before me cuz im going to kick that mother fuckers ass! When we got there dude was gone! The manager said he quit and he is going to replace the fans we called the cops and filed a police report and called the corprate office as well. Still yet to be fixed but working on it.

You know what, get an attorney and sue. Make sure they replace everything that was missing, and then get some money for your time/stress. Maybe just threatening the corporate office with litigation will make them wake up

He was contacted by the DM for the area today. The fans had to be ordered and a appt was set for monday. Right now its just like ok about time, just want to get it fixed. Nothing more has been offered to keep him as a customer there just going to fix it. We are bolth over it and glad it will be fixed. Lesson learned dont ever got to that company again! First thing im going to do when I get back there is cut the threads off the pully for the fan clutch. I suggest if you have a 05+ do the same so his doesnt happen to you.

If the company is fixing it then maybe you could rethink your feelings about not going there again. It was the one bad employee that stole from you and the company is making it right. IMO they deserve to be given future business for doing the right thing.
