    i think its great. IMO, without actual clear over it. it almost looks satin to me.. BUT if thats the look you want.. go for it.. i think you did a great job..

    You can put stick-on strips of velcro on your bottle brackets.

    Looks nice man! I have a set a brackets with rubber made on them. Never scratches any of my bottles and hangs on great.
