can't use a diode on a 99 - there's only 1 relay. do the ground method. takes all of a few minutes. i don't know why you got HID highs, though. unless you're gonna always have them on long enough for them to fully warm up all the time, the bulbs are gonna have a shortened life switching back & forth that much
00 FRC - just top end, exhaust, and a hot-air intake

This. Had highs in my OBS and never even used them because my lows were so bright. That, and switching to highs on a dark ass road at night with HIDs=

That's why the high 4 mod is so good if you have hid highs. You get the low all the time and then when the high is fully warm you see for miles.

It is nice, people in oncoming traffic do NOT like it when I run my lows and fogs. Some guy on the interstate got atomic pissed off at me the other night when I came up behind him with just the lows on, don't know what he wanted me to do

Well everything is all done and wired up. Works perfect and can see alot better. The lights really don't take too long to warm up. Well worth my $60

he wanted you to aim your headlights down a bit if you ain't gonna use a projector. i've got a lot of light coming off the front of my truck, too, but it's set up to not kill people in front of me. i even swapped vehicles & had them follow me in my truck so i could make sure i wasn't killing people.

Then you aren't getting the optimum distance on your headlights. I dont give a rats ass if I blind people. That is their problem, not mine.
