Torque all the big bolts to about 24 ft lbs. Then tighten all the big headed bolts 90* farther. Then torque all the big head bolts accept the two shorter ones 90* farther again. Then torque the two shorter big head bolts only 50* farther. Then tighten all the little bolts to 24 ft lbs. Warning... make darn sure there is no coolant in the bolt holes before you start. Warning #2. This was from memory. Do a Google search to be sure and to find out what order to torque them in. Its not hard to find.

    He was close...
22 ft/lbs then a 90 degree pass on all 15mm bolts, followed by another 90 degree pass on 8 of the 10 and a 50 degree pass on the last two. Then you torque the 5 10mm bolts to 22 ft/lbs.
Now there is a specific torque sequence you have to follow...which can be found here:

None on M8 bolts until M11 bolts are done with all three passes
    22 ft/lbs on all M11 bolts
90 degrees on all M11 bolts
70 degrees on all M11 bolts
    22 ft/lbs on all M8 bolts

Not all of these have two shorter M11 bolts and these specs are from GM service information.
