these are the LTs/OR-y set up on my 2008 GMC Sierra CCSB with a 6.2/60e set up. nothing wrong with them at all! just need to go bigger.

they are the ceramic coated ones, i did add 3 bolt flanges vs the slip fit design they have. i will replace the gaskets and reweld the flanges to help with sealing.

these are 540 brand new, and cost me 75.00 to have flanges put on them. i will take 450 obo. im not in a rush to sell them.

you can see in the last pic where it use to "slip on" and the band clamps wasnt holding it. all it was doing was slipping on and off the LT it has no defect to the actual LTs. i warn you i cant weld but i will have it touched up by an exhaust shop to make sure it doesnt leak at the flanges.
i had to cut 3-4" off of the Y pipe bc on the drivers side it had rubbed a hole into the Y pipe. it was then replaced with a secton and a flange then welded up.

easy man, go through the underside of the truck.
yeah slip fits suck about it imo, but not a bad price for a good header.
