from what I was reading in the comments, they said the chute was what made him flip? But I think the fact he deployed and hit the brakes was a big no no

they might have had the chute rolled up incorrectly too, everything's speculation lol, too bad the car is gone.

Looks like he deployed the chute and hit the brakes before it was all the way out. BIG NO NO. That was a badass car.

I'm not an expert on chutes by any means, but that's what I'm gathering as well....supposed to release the chute, let it grab, then hit the brakes. It appears to be the drivers fault for hitting the brakes and then pulling the chute.

No - we were just getting settled in. I actually didn't really get to see any runs until Sunday morning.

I will say that alignment plays a huge role in general performance. Stefan ran his Supra on Friday and said it started getting loose at around 190 or so, so he got out of it. Brought it over to the trailer, we corrected the rear alignment and he went out and ran a 230-something. Said it was smooth as glass.

Anyone running some pretty respectable times should really take the time to make sure their alignment is where it should be. Makes a huge difference.
