Flapping? noise coming from intake

the evap makes a funny noise when not hooked up.

You are the man! Thats what it was. More of a pumping sound than flapping I guess. I was kinda thinkin that it might be this, because it was the only thing i didnt have hooked up, and the only code I'm getting. Ill eventually order a tune, but for now Im back on the road and its running great. Thanks!
