Question new goal too far away?

ive been in contact with Skeet and i've come to the idea of Nitrous is my next upgrade (other than a built tranny and a new converter)

anyways...i figure 100-125 so my N/A run doesnt suffer tooo bad unless i was to do the old trick of the resistor trick like on LS1tech.

the truck has a best of 12.7 @ 104 full weight CCSB
    full tank of gas
    1 3/4" LTs/3" OR-y/3" exhaust

i think a 100 shot it will put me 11.99 which is good for me. is that too far of a goal without losing weight, putting bigger exhaust, bigger cam, taller slicks? i guess you can say i want the 11.99 DD/Family ride CCSB without losing tooo much more DD side of the truck.

    thanks for any help/ideas

I'm running a 175ish shot right now. I think i have 4* pulled out of tune, and I put in some tr6 plugs gapped at .035. I would guess I've lost maybe .2 NA from the changes, and picked up a second or so on the 1/4.

100 is too small of a shot...it's not REALLY noticeable.

You really won't lose much unless you start spraying 200+, and 200+ will more then make up for it lol.

    WARNING! this stuff is addicting

The TRT truck was running 12.6 on motor and ran 11.3 on a 150 shot. He was 2000 pounds lighter than you. I think you'll do it with 100-125.

thatd be sweet....id be done too. im looking to build a street truck/race truck so my fiance' and i have something to tinker with on my days off. i was honestly thinking of swapping the 6.2/built tranny into a s10 BUT i love the way my bus runs..so that's not going to happen.

ill try the 100 and see what it gives me then bump it up to a 150. i can live with .2 N/A.
