im looking at getting this instrument cluster to replace my old one

    http://www.lildevilmotorsports.com/complet...acturers_id=182

will it fit directly in place of my old one? also at the bottom of the page it says that mileage will not transfer. does that mean that the mileage already on your truck wont show on there? how do you transfer it to the new one?

Try getting one from here: http://www.electrasource.com/ I believe they will make arrangements with you to get you miles programmed in

    ill try not to.

i installed it yesterday. and i like it. im gonna replace all the backlights of course with different LEDS. it hooked right up and the transmission temp gauge just started working. i didnt know that it was already hooked up stock, but no gauge. thats cool they did it like that.

I guess it depends on how you look at it. I think it sucks they put a friggin dummy light there instead of a functional gauge. I mean, what would the additional cost have been to GM to put a Denali cluster in everything, like 50¢ per vehicle?
