Something similar like this happened to me when I put my headers on also. Actually looking for the answer why is what brought me here. I ended up changing an O2 sensor and it fixed it. Someone told me that the headers might have had something inside the tubes to ruin the sensor. which sounds plausible, but you never know. just try checking the voltage in them to see if they are all consistent. And yes, I believe bank 2 is passenger side. the code should say like bank 2 sensor 1 or something like that.

all the stuff that burns off them when you first let the truck could foul the sensors cuz the headers smoked forever until it all got burnt off.........well i checked all the plugs to see if it was misfiring and causing it to run lean all good, i switched the sensors from the passenger side to the driver side and nothing the code went off so i switched it back and nothing it was still off i went to work at 12 let the truck sit til 530 started it again and it came on for like 1 or 2 mins after it idled it went away...i think i have a small exhaust leak that closes up after the metal warms up and expands

you may need a tune now. when i had a trans am i put some long tubes on it and it made it run lean, not bad, the plugs looked fine and it ran fine, the o2s were switching, but it kept setting an engine light. had it tuned and it was all good

it may not be necessary, but engines are so sensitive these days i usually recommend a tune after any perf upgrade, that is if you have access to free re-tunes or something of the sort.
