It's been sleeping in the garage for awhile but I did get some work done last week.
First off I am a ruh'tard and finally got the spiders for the 12 bolt rear and not the 10 bolt like i thought it was.
So after swapping yokes and finding a proper pinion seal the rear end is done and drive shaft attached with some lovely new U-joints.
All the brakes are done and operational. But why the hell was the pedal so hard!?! ANOTHER
. Helps to hook up the brake booster. So Yay for brakes.
Tranny all cleaned up with new filter and a bling bling chrome pan with a bowtie. Thank you ebay. Tranny lines ran and connected.
Fixed that gay water pump to block leak.
Tuned the carb. Street Avenger road ready out of the box my butt. Floats were set so dang high. Don't get me started on this BS. Oh and somehow one of site glasses broke off in the body???
Cab mounts all done, had to cut a hole in the floor for the passenger front. Why didn't they put access panels like Ford?
So yes I was able to back it in and out of the garage. YAY it moves.
So with time permitting with the new house and the baby, i plan on getting all the cab metal done soon. Then i can pull the glass and start getting this thing primered if i come across a few extra bucks. Money is tight!
So bare with me, it'll get done.
