LMAO, ya, the pcm can't learn tire size, just laughing at the dealer for saying that, not you guys. I've heard crazy things from the dealer, that one is funny.
Our tunes are $300 and with the mods you have on your truck, it won't be a problem at all to tune it.

A dyno run now is good for a baseline so you know how much your future mods add

depends on the truck, but we typically see 25+hp from the trucks. better shifting. increased throttle response.

our highest gain is 33hp and 29tq, it's somewhere on the forum, not sure where, there's a graph of a 07 avalanche 5.3L on the NP.com site for reference.

2 more questions for ya. Do I need to worry about damage to engine or tranny since I have 94k on it? Where is the computer located?
