Valvetrain upgrades for a 4.8 with future turbo and cam

I want to get everyone's opinion on which shaft mount rockers and dual springs to buy. I just bought some low mile cro mo pushrods and don't want to install them until I have all the new parts. My plans are to retain the stock geometry and my future cam will have no more than .600" lift. The rockers I'm leaning towards are the Jesel units (even tho they're God-awful expensive) because they seem to be completely bulletproof, and I like the price of the PRC duals. My main criteria for these upgrades are to gather parts that will be quieter, smoother, and more refined than stock. Of course, they will also need to be much more durable and stable at high rpm, but that would be an inherent part of the design of the new components anyways. Have you guys found certain brands to stay away from (besides the old Comp 918s), and which parts have proven to be dead reliable after lots and lots of passes? I want this motor to spin high, with forced induction, and a relatively low lift cam. Im patiently waiting.....

I don't think dual springs are going to be quieter than stock single springs. Why not Harland sharp roller rockers? Much cheaper and I have heard good things about them.

yella terra ultra lite rockers are the ones I like, and any dual spring kit rated for your lift, i like the lunati one, comes complete with all needed... my .02

Be careful when upgrading the rockers. Shaft mounted rockers are generally a lot taller than stock rockers so you will need either valve cover spacers or taller valve covers to accomodate the new hardware. I'd say use harland sharp roller rockers if you can clear them. As for springs, I use patriot dual gold valve springs and they work fine. I have heard of people using stock valve springs for boost and doing ok up to about 13 psi.
