    Quick question...Possibly a dumb one

Alright so I have a ported and polished stock Silverado throttle body to throw on my new to me SSS and I noticed that there are those 2 spouts on the bottom of the trottle body that have hoses that run into the radiator so when I swap them does that mean I have to drain the coolant from the radiator? Might be a dumb question but I figured id ask, also is there a gastket between the throttle body and intake manifold that I should replace when I swap them? Like I said possibly a dumb question but I figured Id ask!

I just pinched the radiator side of that hose, removed the other side, and connected radiator side to that nipple. No need to have coolant run through tb IMO.
blown transmissions are about as useful as 97% of the guys on this forum

They finally decided they don't need to run coolant through the throttle body with the NNBS 87mm TB.

the reason that they run coolant through there is in extreme cold weather driving the throttle body could ice up. but for everyday driving the hot TB would only reduce power imo.
