Well I just located a 5.3 harness off a 99 truck I just need to see if it has the same computer, will this work for my 2001 sierra?

those prices are ok, cheaper than GM, but not the greatest deals.
these used engines we all get from salvage yards are a lot cheaper and run forever.
i guess the warranty is pretty darn good though.

yeah we don't have good salvage yards here but do you think the harness will work?
If it has the 2 plug PCM it should work. Don't some 99 models still have the old 4 plug one?
Thats really not THAT cheap.
1969 Chevy RCLB C10 350/TH400 SOLD
2007 Chevy RCSB 4.8 4x4 LS SOLD
2008 Chevy RCSB 5.3 4x4 LT SOLD

2013 FORD CCSB F350 6.7 Powerstroke 4x4
I know but the rest of the engines I felt were a good price I have not found them any cheaper any where else!
99-00 are the same,01 is a tool change
Should work just make sure it is a 2 plug harness for the ECM like stated above, the 4.3 & 5.7 vortecs still used the 4 plug older ECM
well I got a v8 harneess out of a 99 silverado 5.3 2wd 4l60e still running $100 still don't know which one I want to use I like the LS3's and L92 but the crank sensor and the L92's have the variable timing I will have to convert but I heard with a cam can make well over 500hp?
I think it was pretty funny, teasing like that. But those insanely high prices...better to call LKQ. LS3s don't belong in work trucks, those excessive intake ports really kill off-idle torque. If you want maximum torque, put a 210/218-114 +4 cam in an LQ9. That'll build torque even at 1500 rpm, yet still peak at 5600.
